We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service.
Service Not Delivered: If we fail to initiate the agreed-upon service within 10 business days from the confirmed start date.
Cancelled Before Start: If you cancel your subscription before the service work has begun.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Services already rendered or in progress
Change of mind after project initiation
Dissatisfaction due to lack of cooperation or incomplete client input
Delay caused by clientโs failure to provide content, access, or approvals
SEO/ad results not meeting subjective expectations (due to nature of digital marketing)
You may cancel your plan anytime. Cancellation stops your auto-renewal for the next billing cycle, but the current period is non-refundable.
