โœ… Eligibility for Refunds:

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service.

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to initiate the agreed-upon service within 10 business days from the confirmed start date.

  • Cancelled Before Start: If you cancel your subscription before the service work has begun.


โŒ Non-Refundable Cases:

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services already rendered or in progress

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Dissatisfaction due to lack of cooperation or incomplete client input

  • Delay caused by clientโ€™s failure to provide content, access, or approvals

  • SEO/ad results not meeting subjective expectations (due to nature of digital marketing)

You may cancel your plan anytime. Cancellation stops your auto-renewal for the next billing cycle, but the current period is non-refundable.
