4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code, and designs created by SME remain the intellectual property of SME unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients retain ownership of any original content or assets they provide to us.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality and will not disclose any business, marketing, or proprietary information shared during our partnership — unless legally obligated to do so.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely access to information, accounts, or materials needed to complete services

• Reviewing and approving work within reasonable timeframes

• Ensuring they have rights to all content they provide to us

7. Cancellation & Termination

• Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice.

• Cancellation fees may apply depending on the project phase and scope completed.

• In the event of termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and no refunds will be issued for completed work.

8. Limitation of Liability

SME is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Losses resulting from third-party platform changes (e.g., Google algorithm updates, social media policy shifts)

• Client errors, misconfigurations, or unapproved content edits

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
